條款及細則：

1) 團課每小時堂1點，於開卡後的約定期間內逐月分配使用完畢；團課僅接有預約的報名入場。若人數達到上限，會員學員優先參加進入課程。期限卡無法用於個別課程，亦不得延期。2) 個別課每小時堂4點，價格已包含教室場租及老師鐘點。非配合教室之外訪場地租用費用由學員負擔，通勤成本每次1點起計；課程必須在公開的舞蹈教室，不得在私人住宅或社區中進行。 3) 套裝優惠需在首次上課三日前乙次付清，本頁價格僅適用於台灣，在有效期內可以轉讓給原非會員朋友，需支付手續費$300。 4) 已經開啟使用中的課卡點數與上課扣點計算方式，不因新版價格更動而有異動。 5) 預訂中的任何更改都最遲必須在課程前一天提出，以確認老師和工作室的時間；每次預訂最多可更改一次。學員在上課當日臨時提出取消延期須扣除1點；無故缺席或遲到，不退還課卡點數；如果老師未出席，該課點全額退還。 6) 如果因疫情等不可抗力因素導致課程暫停，會員期限將一併遞延；期限卡(季卡或半年卡等)不因單次停課而延期。 7) 會員卡有效期間內要求解約退費，依法扣除手續費後以「月平均價格乘以約定使用期間之未到期時間比例之20%」退還；已超前使用點數者，則以剩餘點數平均殘值計算。8) 逾期之會員卡依法無需退費；一般會員卡在逾期一個月內續用團課1.25點，個課5點/hr；超過一個月後所有點數歸零不可再行使用；期限卡(季卡、半年卡)逾期點數歸零作廢。 9) 會員課卡期限不因學員平日感冒小病或個人旅遊行程等事由延期；因公出差、或特別情事請可於2週前申請延期(2週以上起計)，每3個月1次為限。 10) 為了保護舞池，老師和學生的身體，私人課時應穿著舞鞋。男士上課請著襯衫。 11) 教室內或有監控錄影供課程記錄或推廣探戈用途；如課程中因肢體碰觸有騷擾疑慮等問題時，亦將作為司法舉証之用。 12) 以上條款FelipeH Tango保留解釋權利。

Terms & Conditions:

1) Group Classes: Each hour of group class is worth 1 point, which must be used monthly within the agreed period after card activation. Group classes require prior reservation for entry. If the maximum capacity is reached, members have priority to participate. Point-based cards cannot be used for private lessons and cannot be extended.

2) Private Lessons: Each hour of private class is worth 4 points, with the price inclusive of studio rental and teacher fees. If a location outside the designated studio is used, the student will bear the rental cost. Commute costs start at 1 point per session. Classes must take place in public dance studios and are not permitted in private residences or community spaces.

3) Package Discounts: Full payment for packages must be made at least three days before the first class. The listed prices are only applicable in Taiwan. Within the valid period, packages can be transferred to non-member friends with a handling fee of $300.

4) Point Calculations: For points already activated and deducted during ongoing use, there will be no changes due to price adjustments in new versions.

5) Class Rescheduling and Cancellations: Any changes to reservations must be made at least one day before the class to confirm teacher and studio availability; each reservation can be changed only once. Cancellations made on the day of the class will result in a deduction of 1 point. No-shows or tardiness will not result in a refund of class points. If the teacher is absent, the full class points will be refunded.

6) Force Majeure: In cases of uncontrollable circumstances such as pandemics leading to class suspensions, membership validity will be extended accordingly. Point-based cards (e.g., seasonal or half-year cards) will not be extended for single-session suspensions.

7) Refund Policy: For cancellations within the membership validity period, refunds will be issued after deducting handling fees and calculated as “the monthly average price multiplied by 20% of the remaining unexpired period ratio.” If points have been used in advance, the refund will be based on the average remaining value of the unused points.

8) Expired Memberships: No refunds will be issued for expired memberships. General membership cards can continue group classes at 1.25 points per hour and private lessons at 5 points per hour within one month after expiration. Beyond one month, all remaining points will be forfeited. For seasonal or half-year cards, expired points are null and void.

9) Extensions: Membership validity cannot be extended for personal reasons such as mild illnesses or travel plans. Extensions for business trips or special circumstances must be applied for at least two weeks in advance (minimum of two weeks), and are limited to once per three months.

10) Dress Code: To protect the dance floor, teachers, and students, dance shoes must be worn during private lessons. Gentlemen are required to wear shirts during class.

11) Surveillance: The studio may have video surveillance for course recording or tango promotion purposes. In cases of suspected harassment due to physical contact during classes, video footage may also be used as judicial evidence.

12) Final Interpretation: FelipeH Tango reserves the right to the final interpretation of the above terms and conditions.
