1) Group Classes: Each hour of group class deducts 1 point, which must be used monthly within the agreed validity period after card activation. Group classes require prior reservation for entry. If the maximum capacity is reached, members have priority to participate. Term cards (season pass, half-year pass, etc.) cannot be used for private lessons and cannot be extended. 2) Private Lessons: Each hour of private lesson deducts 4 points, including studio rental and instructor’s teaching hours. For lessons at non-partner venues, rental fees shall be borne by the student. Travel costs start from 1 point per trip. Private lessons must be conducted in a public dance studio and are not permitted in private residences or residential community facilities. 3) Package Discounts: Full payment must be made at least three days before the first class. Prices listed apply only in Taiwan. The card may be transferred to a non-member friend within the validity period, subject to a NT$300 transfer fee. 4) Price Changes: Points and deduction rules for an activated class card will not be affected by new pricing adjustments. 5) Booking & Changes: Any booking changes must be requested at least one day before the class to confirm the availability of the instructor and studio. Each booking may be changed only once. Same-day cancellations or postponements will result in a deduction of 1 point. No-shows or late arrivals will not be refunded in points. If the instructor is absent, the points for that class will be fully refunded. 6) Force Majeure: In case of course suspension due to force majeure (e.g., epidemic), the membership validity period will be extended accordingly. Term cards (season pass, half-year pass, etc.) will not be extended for single-class cancellations. 7) Termination & Refunds: For termination within the validity period, after deducting handling fees, refunds will be calculated as: “Monthly average price × proportion of unused contract period × 20%.” If points have been used in advance, refunds will be based on the average remaining value of points. 8) Expiry Rules: The membership card validity is calculated from the date of the first deduction. Expired cards are non-refundable. Within 1 month after expiry, remaining points may be carried over to a new card, calculated as: Group class – 1.25 points/class; Private lesson – 5 points/hour. If no new card is purchased, if expiry exceeds 1 month, or if a term card (season pass, half-year pass, etc.) expires, all remaining points will be void and unusable. 9) Extension Requests: The class card validity will not be extended for reasons such as minor illness or personal travel. For business trips or special circumstances, an extension may be requested at least 2 weeks in advance, applicable only for absences of 2 weeks or more, limited to once every 3 months. 10) Dress Code: To protect the dance floor and ensure safety, dance shoes must be worn during private lessons. Men are required to wear shirts in class. 11) Recording & Documentation: The studio may use CCTV or video recording for class documentation or tango promotion purposes. If physical contact during class raises harassment concerns, the recordings may be used as judicial evidence. 12) Right of Interpretation: FelipeH Tango reserves the right of final interpretation for all the above terms.
